Easypurge is a brand that has been in the market for more than seven years. The development of Easypurge began in 2013 with the collaboration of the Ascamm Technological Center of Barcelona, Spain. By 2020, Easypurge is being used in more than 30 countries around the world by renowned global companies such as Alpla, Logoplaste, Resilux, and Coca Cola.

The Challenge

Easypurge, a leader in the plastic purging industry, faced a significant challenge with their outdated custom CRM. Developed over a decade ago, the system had become increasingly complex and costly to maintain. As the company grew, it needed a more robust and adaptable CRM solution that could scale with its expanding operations. Additionally, Easypurge needed to convince highly experienced process engineers to adopt a new, innovative process for performing complex color and material changes.

 

The Solution

Easypurge decided to transition to HubSpot CRM after considering various alternatives. HubSpot stood out due to its ability to be expanded and customised, making it a permanent solution for their sales, marketing, and service teams.

The migration process involved transferring 10 years of emails and over 5,000 company records, creating custom properties, and providing comprehensive training for the Easypurge team. It also involved the following:

  • Exporting data from the custom CRM - MariaDB SQL database system.
  • Data modelling – ERD.
  • Depuration, organisation, and formatting.
  • Preparing and mapping data to match HubSpot CRM properties.
